The admissions centre guides applicants from programme choice through document upload, online or bank payment, screening, admission status, admission letter, and registration.

Application Flow

Create applicant profile

Open an applicant account with email, phone, programme choice, ministry background, and church affiliation.

Upload documents

Submit certificates, passport photograph, pastoral recommendation, and identity documents.

Pay online or by bank

Students can pay through Paystack on the secured portal or by direct deposit into the college account stated on the admission letter.

Attend screening

Admissions officers review academic records, ministry background, and interview notes.

Check admission status

Successful applicants download admission letters and proceed with registration.

Requirements

What applicants should prepare.

WASSCE or equivalent with at least five credits including English Language, at not more than two sittings

Credit pass in Religious Studies, Christian Religious Knowledge, or a Social Science subject is an advantage

Minimum UTME score of 180 for 100 Level entry

Completion of the Ethan College Post-UTME screening exercise

Direct Entry applicants may present ND Lower Credit, relevant NCE, or Academic Board approved equivalent

Postgraduate applicants should provide references, statement of purpose, and attend interview
